Our Campus Programs

Our curated learning  programs for a variety of campus hires 
At IDFC FIRST Bank, our team is driven by the philosophy of selecting the brightest minds (stars) from premier B-schools across the country. Selected students are given tremendous exposure, exciting roles and the opportunity to make an impact through their roles.
Our CAs are put through this fast-paced growth-oriented learning and development program (CA Velocity Program) and given a holistic exposure into the banks operations for the first 18 months of the training within the Internal Audit department.
IDFC FIRST Bank trains young campus selects to join its new-age banking work force various roles. As a new joiner you will be equipped with the fundamentals of technology through classroom training, along with online certifications to groom you into an ace technology professional.
