The FIRST LEAP Program is meticulously designed to prepare graduates and freshers for a long-term career in banking. The program offers hands-on training experience to help learners build ethical and practical skills, gain industry-relevant knowledge, and understand the best practices for effective performance. The program follows a comprehensive and blended training approach, starting with 2 months of paid in-person classroom training at a dedicated center, followed by 15 days of on-the-job training (OJT).
Upon successful completion, candidates are hired as Associate Manager - Acquisition (Household) at IDFC FIRST Bank and are awarded a Certificate in Banking & Finance by Bennett University.

Salary & Stipend
- Stipend during 2-month Classroom Training: ₹5,000 per month
- Stipend during 15-day OJT: ₹10,000
- Final Salary: ₹4,00,000 per annum plus incentives and other non-cashable benefits
- Training fee reimbursed after successful completion of 1 year in the role at the Bank.

The Associate Manager - Acquisition (Household) role entails acquiring new customers for the bank's savings accounts in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment area. The role involves ensuring high quality of customer acquisition in terms of constitution, product and segment mix.
