The Emerging bankers Program by IDFC FIRST Bank in association with Manipal Academy of BFSI is an initiative that is designed to train and recruit fresh graduates for a successful career in banking. It is a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Customer Relationship (PGDBCR) program that will equip students with essential banking knowledge, practical skills and hands-on experience needed in the banking domain. The program offers a comprehensive, specialized curriculum adopting a blended learning approach consisting of classroom training at Manipal's state-of-the-art campus and hands-on experience via internships and On-the-Job Training (OJT). On successful completion, Trainee Officers join our Bank as Acquisition Relationship Managers; in addition, students earn stipends during their journey in the Manipal campus, internship and the OJT period.
