As a campus hire, I have experienced the transformative journey at IDFC FIRST Bank. Joining as a Management Trainee in 2016, I was given opportunities that tested my skills and expanded my horizons. The program didn’t just prepare me for my first role — it laid the foundation for a career built on growth, adaptability, and leadership.

I started my journey in Ludhiana, working on Pre-owned Car Loans, then moved to Bhopal for a similar role. In 2019, I transitioned to Surat to manage Premium Car Loans across Surat and Baroda, leading a team of four sales managers. When the pandemic hit, I embraced a new challenge in the 2-Wheeler Loan segment, eventually overseeing Gujarat and now the Central Zone. Today, I lead a large team driving growth across multiple states, and every milestone reflects the opportunities this Bank offers.
