Arete Program
IDFC FIRST Bank trains young campus selects to join its dynamic new-age banking work force for roles such as data analysts, developers, product managers, business analysts and the likes. As a new joiner you will be equipped with starter tools on the fundamentals of technology culminating in classroom and online certifications to groom you into an ace technology professional.
​​​​​​​Our robust on-the-job training plan for the first three months includes you into the IDFC FIRST Bank system and helps you build a strong foundation and a focused career-pathing to take on higher responsibilities.
CA Velocity
IDFC FIRST Bank hires the best in class fully-qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) from Campus for a variety of (Management Trainee) roles requiring highly skilled CA technical talent for departments like Finance, Wholesale Banking, Retail, Internal Audit, Program Management etc.
​​​​​​​Our CAs are put through this fast-paced growth-oriented learning and development program (CA Velocity Program) and given a wholistic exposure into the banks functioning for the first 18 months of the training within the Internal Audit department.
